This is the meal I received when I requested a vegan option while visiting a steakhouse recently. Mind… Blown. The asparagus was huge. The roasted brussels sprouts and onion mixture was incredibly tasty. The mushrooms. The tomatoes. The spinach. All amazing. FROM A STEAKHOUSE! Who knew?! I still think that steakhouses shouldn’t be expected to sell vegan items but my local steakhouse put together an A+ vegan dish. Well done, steakhouse, well done. No pun intended. Those seated at my table kept looking at my plate instead of focusing on their $40 filet. Meat eaters experiencing jealousy over the vegan option? Now that’s something we don’t see often enough.
